From continued field support of legacy to on-going line support and aftermarket product enhancements. Emphasis is on ensuring that the airframe is both durable (free from cracks) and tolerant of the unexpected damage that might occur during its operational life. Responsible for ensuring the aircraft is structurally sound throughout the operating envelopeRequirements5+ Years with military and civil aircraft experienceStructures EngineeringGood with internal and external customers BS EngineeringEducationBachelor’s degree required in:Aerospace EngineeringMechanical EngineeringOther related fieldMinimum Qualifications5+ years relative technical and engineering experience required.Experience in basic structural analysis techniques, finite element stress analysis, static and dynamic loads development, and materials.Knowledge of aircraft design and production methods.Must be proficient in MS OfficeProfessional and diplomatic demeanorStrong sense of accountability and integrity • Time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to manage projects of various size and scope.Preferred QualificationsExperience with aircraft Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis techniques.
