Customer Liaison Appointment SetterThe Customer Liaison Appointment Setter serves as an intermediary between sales representatives and customers. They are responsible for initiating and receiving calls with customers to schedule appointments for them to meet with sales representatives. This position involves becoming well-versed in the key aspects of our products and services, contacting potential clients from a provided list of phone numbers, handling incoming calls from potential clients, and addressing fundamental inquiries and issues related to the products and services we provide.If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! Join our team as a Customer Liaison Appointment Setter and be part of a dynamic and rewarding work environment.Essential duties, functions, and core accountabilities include:Scheduling meetings between prospective clients and sales representativesKeeping a detailed log of calls including those that are not answeredAttempting to contact prospective clients whom they have been unable to contactInforming the manager of recurrent product related complaints that warrant addressingFollowing up with various communication outlets; emails, chats, and phone callsProviding general administrative support to the sales teamAccurately documenting all communication in CRMAttending sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by managementFollowing up with leads converting them to appointmentsOther duties as assignedPhysical demands and working conditions include:Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment or travels via vehicleWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to ambulate, sit, and/or stand in various intervals throughout the work shiftMay occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs.Use of computer, phone, copier, and other office equipment in the course of a dayWhile performing the duties of this job, occasionally required to use hand to handle, touch and use tools, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, twist, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp, balance, talk, hear, and ambulate during the course of employmentSpecific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and an ability to adjust focusEmployee may be required to travel for business purposesRequirements include:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, have outstanding listening and attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition, and persuasive and results-oriented.Experience in Solar Energy preferredAbility to maintain the confidentiality of company and partner informationExperience in cold calling, cold messaging, or cold emailingHave basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving.Extremely professional on the phone and via text. Fast and accurate type.
