Global Systems Analyst:On behalf of our healthcare and life sciences client, Procom is searching for a Global Systems Analyst for a potential full-time role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Raleigh office.Job Description:The Global Systems Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on translating business needs into scalable and effective system solutions. This role supports enterprise applications, integrations, and process optimization initiatives with a strong focus on Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities:• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and system requirements• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements• Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to support scalable system solutions• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements• Develop and execute test cases and validation scenarios• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external partners• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, fields, page layouts, and Lightning componentsMandatory Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)• 3-7 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis• Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM, ERP, marketing automation, or data platforms• Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data flows• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsNice-to-Have Skills:• Experience with Salesforce administration and declarative tools• Foundational knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce development concepts• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows• Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments• Salesforce certifications are highly preferredAssignment Length:This is a potential full-time position.Start Date:ASAP.Assignment Location:Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid with 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 days working from home (Wednesday, Friday).
