Brightway Insurance is hiring a Full-Time Client Concierge in Palm Coast, FL.As a Client Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is a great entry point into the insurance industry, with a clear pathway to grow into a Sales Producer position for individuals interested in advancing their career in sales.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist clients in person, via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on insurance products and servicesAssist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate processingCollaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutionsMaintain organized client records, process paperwork, and manage scheduling to support agency operationsFollow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage policy renewals and referralsGain exposure to sales processes and client relationship development to support future growth into a Sales Producer roleQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredPrevious experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative roles is advantageousStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwarePossession of a 4-40 Customer Representative license is preferred or willingness to obtain oneInterest in developing a career in sales and growing within the agencyFounded in 2003, Brightway Insurance is one of the fastest-growing independent insurance franchise agency networks in the U.S., with agencies in 45 states and more than $1.7 billion in annual premium via aggressive organic growth and its acquisition of GlobalGreen Insurance network in 2025.
