Five Guys Shift Managers Five Guys is looking to hire candidates to train into Shift Managers for our Hockessin location. 1+ years of continuous job experience Food experience 1-2 years Has transportation and a flexible schedule Must have open availability(working on weekends and nights is a must) Position: Crew Members Starting Wage $14-$15 per hour Hours a week: 30+ Hours Shift Manager Responsibilities and Requirements (FOH and BOH): Must have open availability(working on weekends and nights is a must) Offers friendly service to all guests Takes customer orders, maintains fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations Operates grill and in an efficient and safe manner Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained Maintains the restaurant with regards to cleanliness, neatness and customer accessibility Uses the company cash register accurately and maintain proper control of company assets Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties Assist customers by providing menu information and resolving their complaints or concerns Answer customers’ questions and provide information of store’s policies and relevant procedures about the preparation or cooking process Mix Milkshakes and other beverages as necessary Complete other general cleaning duties such as emptying trash cans and cleaning dining area Stock and maintain fountain machine More details: Dress code: Black pants and non slip grip dark shoes. Shirt is provided by employer. No beards or long finger nails allowed. For the Interview: Will take up to 10 minutes, candidates should bring their ID and SS card.
