We are currently partnered with an esteemed vertically-integrated dietary supplement manufacturer in Ohio currently seeking a motivated R&D scientist with a strong background in supplements, who thrives on collaboration and creativity....Responsibilities:Bridge communication between R&D, QC, and Manufacturing to ensure project deadlines are metAssist in formulation development & refinementPrepare pilot and scale-up batchesPlay a key part in ingredient selection and formulation adjustmentsProvide knowledge on processing behaviour and improvements for scale-up from bench top to manufacturingResearch trends and formulate new conceptsLead manufacturing support during production runsDocument processes clearly for scalability and repeatabilityEnter and refine workflows in Mar-Kov ERPAssist in continuous improvement and compliance with NSF cGMP standardsQualifications / Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related fieldMust have experience developing dietary supplements, ideally across multiple formatsComprehensive knowledge in herbology, nutrition, functional ingredientsFamiliarity with NSF cGMP ManufacturingHighly collaborative and keen to be involved in multiple projectsAbility to thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environmentStrong documentation and process-writing skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an excellent manufacturer, with a clear path to leadership and the chance to make a real impact as they continue to scale...Of Interest?
