Construction Manager
The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment at assigned job sites. This role involves evaluating site suitability, selecting suppliers or employees for construction, managing project schedules, and ensuring the work is completed within budget and to customer specifications. The Senior Construction Manager leads the construction process, including planning, resource allocation, and quality control, while also providing guidance to construction teams. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, assigning administrative tasks, and providing feedback on performance. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience in construction management and telecommunications.
