This role bridges the gap between engineering design and physical implementation, ensuring that high-performance systems (such as liquid fillers, induction sealers, and robotic palletizers) operate at peak efficiency for our clients. In addition to technical service responsibilities, this role includes a customer-facing sales component, where the technician will identify opportunities to recommend replacement parts, upgrades, preventive maintenance programs, and service-related solutions earning commission on qualified upsells.Qualifications:3+ years of mechanical field experienceBilingual English and SpanishBackground as a Service Maintenance Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Line Operator, or Maintenance ManagerHands-on experience maintaining, repairing, or owning uptime of equipment or production linesStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsComfortable working independently in the field and in a growing company environmentProfessional, customer-facing communication skillsIdeal (Not Required): Liquid filling equipment Cappers Labelers / packaging line components Similar mechanical or automated manufacturing equipment Experience identifying and recommending parts or service improvements to customersKey Responsibilities:Perform on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of packaging equipmentSupport new equipment installations, startups, and customer checkupsService and maintain existing customer machines, including equipment not originally sold by Coast IntegratedDiagnose mechanical issues and ensure optimal machine performanceWork directly with customers in a professional, solutions-oriented mannerIdentify opportunities to recommend replacement parts, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programsGenerate additional revenue through upselling parts and service solutions (commission eligible)Collaborate closely with the lead technician on field service and installationsParticipate in OEM and factory training, including travel to Monterey, MexicoMaintain accurate service documentation and customer communication
