Working together to deliver high quality care to the sickest patients at the hospital.Unit Culture:A collective of highly motivated nurses dedicated to learning and evolving critical care nursing.Structures and support in place from orientation through certification in the first 1-2 years as a CIC NurseA unit that highlights peer and managerial support to help lift each other and deal with the unique stress of working in a critical care environment.Democratic staff input through our Unit Based Council who impacts and shapes work on CIC.QualificationsRequires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.Education: The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience.
