Executive Administrative AssistantWe're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-first Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team in our San Francisco office. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of executive support and business operations — making it a great fit for someone who thrives on variety and loves keeping things running smoothly.You'll partner closely with our CEO and exec team to keep the business operating smoothly. This means owning operational logistics, supporting the CEO's priorities and workflow, and helping drive culture initiatives that keep the team running well — you'll be a key part of the operational backbone of this place.Note: This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, and requires three days per week at our headquarters office in Financial District, San Francisco. Candidates must be located in the San Francisco Area.What You'll Do:Executive SupportManage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings with precision and careCoordinate logistics for meetings, including preparation materials, agendas, and follow-upsHandle ad hoc administrative tasks to help the CEO stay focused and effectiveTriage and route communications as neededPeople OperationsSupport the planning and execution of company offsites, team events, and culture initiativesAssist with People Ops projects as they arise, from onboarding logistics to special programsHelp create a great in-office experience for employees and guestsOffice & FacilitiesKeep the office stocked and tidy, including managing the fridge, pantry, and general supply inventoryMaintain a clean, welcoming office environment on a daily basisSet up and break down conference rooms for meetings, events, and presentationsLiaise with building management and vendors as neededWho You Are:Highly organized and reliable — you manage competing priorities with ease and nothing falls through the cracksProactive — you anticipate needs, spot problems before they grow, and take initiative without waiting to be askedDiscreet and trustworthy — you handle sensitive information with professionalism and careA clear communicator — you're concise, thoughtful, and responsive whether in person or over SlackAdaptable — you switch gears easily and bring energy to whatever's in front of you, whether it's a fridge restock or coordinating an offsitePeople-oriented — you care about the team experience and take pride in the role you play in building a great workplaceKnowledge of Google suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheet) and ZoomAn affinity for solving problems with AIPrior experience in an EA, office management, operations, or administrative support role is a plus, but the right mindset matters mostA Note to Candidates:We are an equal opportunity employer who values and encourages diversity, equity and belonging at our company.
