Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to assist our dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. As an RDA, you will play an integral role in creating a positive experience for our patients by providing support in both clinical and administrative areas. We are currently looking for a part time RDA 3-4 days a week. Responsibilities: Assist dentists during procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and operatories. Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they are comfortable and informed. Take and process dental X-rays. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care. Provide support in scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Perform general administrative duties when needed. Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California Completion of an accredited dental assistant program. Minimum of 2 Years experience in a dental practice preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and the dental team. Proficiency in taking X-rays and operating dental equipment. Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
