This role will be focused on social-first concepting and writing, and we are only considering candidates with heavy social backgrounds.Location: Remote-first. West Coast Preferred.Business Hours: 9a-6p PT, no flexibilityTravel: required 1-3x per monthABOUT THIS ROLEACD, Copy is an exciting and demanding role: you’re leading the team day-to-day, still deep in the work, all while client-facing, and vibe curating. Social-obsessed individuals.RESPONSIBILITIESTop-level conceptual thinking and creative guidance throughout a project's lifespanDirect a variety of creative resources to ensure creative and holistic excellenceManage a team of art directors, designers, writers, strategists, etc.Attend planning meetings and develop the creative workflow across the span of the projectPresent creative to clients and develop client relationshipsTakes clients' vision from concept through to the delivery of a final productQUALIFICATIONSBackground in social writing3+ years experience in a creative leadership role6+ years experience in an agency environment or related roleProduction / On-Set ExperienceExpertise in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and KeynoteExperience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Ability to manage and critique other creatives with decisive graceVersatility across all types of marketing and brand needsCapable of project ownership, with or without a partnerHighly conceptual thinker with strong design sensibilities and POVProfessional presentation capabilitiesExcellent communication skillsMindset:A self-starter who thrives on taking ideas from concept to execution.Highly collaborative, curious, and adaptable to feedback.Passionate about cultural trends and emerging platforms, with a commitment to excellence.We are one of the most personal, hands-on, and creative companies in this industry.
