Our focus is Safety, so our customers can focus on their jobs.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and fast-learning Warehouse Assistant II to support operations at our Lodi, CA office. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and delivery of warehouse goods.The Warehouse Assistant II will help ensure productivity targets are met, maintain warehouse organization and equipment, and support a safe and secure work environment. This role also assists with facility upkeep and ensures equipment remains in proper working condition. This position has dotted line reporting into the Inventory Control Lead.Position DutiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and delivery of goods across day and night shiftsEnsure efficient use of warehouse space, tools, and equipment while meeting quality and productivity targetsMaintain accurate inventory control, including cycle countsSupport a productive team environment to meet or exceed operational goalsAssist with delivery and pickup of rental, traffic control, towable equipment, and signage as neededDistribute PPE and coordinate restocking of suppliesMaintain towable and warehouse equipment in safe, working conditionAssist with minor facility repairs and general warehouse maintenanceParticipate in periodic safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standardsSupport sign shop technicians with sign customization (MUTCD) as directedPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent experiencePrevious warehouse experience requiredValid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record, minimum 3 years driving experienceExperience driving medium-duty trucks and towing equipment requiredForklift certification preferred (minimum 1 year experience)Basic electrical and HVAC knowledge preferredProficient with computers and systems i.e., Microsoft Office, Inventory Control systemsStrong communication, math, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyReliable and dependableStrong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeFamiliarity with Northern California geography Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to work in both warehouse and outdoor job site environmentsCompensation And BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.Chiropractic and Acupuncture.Flexible Spending AccountCompany paid Basic Life and AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramTravel reimbursement.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.City Rise Safety, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
