LED Installer Company: Rock Steady Productions Location: Long Beach, CA Rock Steady Productions is a leader in custom fabrication and production services for live events, trade shows, and installations. We are looking for a skilled LED Installer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Install, assemble, and dismantle LED walls, panels, and video displays for live events, permanent installations, and productions. Troubleshoot and maintain LED systems to ensure optimal functionality. Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to execute precise installations. Safely handle, transport, and set up LED equipment and related hardware. Work closely with project managers, production staff, and other installers to meet project deadlines. Ensure all installations are performed with attention to detail, safety, and client satisfaction. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in proper working order. Qualifications Previous experience with LED wall or video display installation preferred. Strong understanding of electrical and AV systems. Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions. Comfortable working at heights and with rigging equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
