Housekeeper/ Personal Home Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a House Cleaner / Personal Home Assistant. We are looking to hire a part-time employee with the potential to be full-time in the future. We are a small business working closely with the same clients each week, offering consistency and flexibility. Perfect job while kids are in school and can be flexible with hours. This role goes beyond standard cleaning — we are looking for someone who truly cares about creating calm, organized, well-maintained homes for our clients. Responsibilities Include:* Attention to Detail (Very Important) Thorough house cleaning Laundry care (wash, dry, fold, and put away sheets, towels, and personal clothing) Cleaning out refrigerator upon request Changing light bulbs when needed Maintaining overall household organization 2. Personal Assistance Tasks (as needed) Helping clients sort through clothes and prepare donations Organizing and cleaning out pantries Assisting with holiday decorating Dropping off/picking up dry cleaning Occasional pet drop-offs (e.g., groomer) 3*. Must Be:* Extremely reliable and punctual Organized and proactive Respectful of clients’ privacy Trustworthy and comfortable working independently Friendly and professional Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic Have a reliable car and be able to transport yourself to clients' homes Background checks are required Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
