Overnight Caregiver

Pine View Personal Care Home is a small, family-owned personal care home (not a massive facility) where you'll actually know everyone's name. We've been family owned and operated since 1987 because we do things right. We strive for a welcoming workplace, leadership that listens, and a team that feels like family. Our overnight staff does frequent wellness rounds, brief changes, linens changes, and respond to any resident needs as needed. Between rounds, overnight staff prepares the facility for the next day (restocking, cleaning common areas, laundry, etc.). This role is a blend of care and operations. What You Get $15/hour with paid training - no certification required to start Fixed schedule - predictable, no rotating chaos Schedule flexibility - we work with your schedule where we can 1 week PTO after your first year Full certification training provided in-house - we invest in getting you credentialed Quiet, independent work environment - admins are always on-call and ready to help Resident Care (Primary Responsibility): Wellness checks every 2 hours on 20 residents Brief changes and personal care as needed Respond to resident requests Linen changes for soiled bedding Ensure resident safety throughout the night Facility Operations (Between Rounds): Kitchen/dining area prep and cleaning Bathroom sanitization and restocking Laundry processing (wash, dry, fold) Common area maintenance Trash collection and facility tidying What You Need Compassion and reliability - our residents deserve both Ability to work independently - you're the eyes and ears overnight Physical capability - lifting, bending, standing per PA Chapter 2600 requirements Must be able to evacuate residents in an emergency No experience required - we train the right attitude Why People Stay Here Small facility.
