BS in Chemistry or Polymer Science with appropriate emphasis may also qualify. Equivalent work experience with a specialization in Engineering, Plastics, Polymer or applicable Research and Development will also be considered Demonstrate skills in organization, attention to details, setting priorities and sound decision making Strong work and personal ethics Effectively communicate and work alongside company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to upper management Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WorkA strong understanding of our safety mission and its importancePhysical Work And Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
