This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and related components using hand and power tools Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and assembly instructions Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires as required Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Perform basic testing of cable assemblies for functionality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to read and understand technical instructions or diagrams Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to lift up to 2550 pounds (as needed) Work Environment: Manufacturing or warehouse setting Repetitive tasks using small tools
