Position OverviewPediatric office is seeking an experienced Front Desk Reception Team Lead to join our Beavercreek office. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations while actively engaging in patient-facing duties.The Team Lead will manage a team of 4-6 Front Desk Receptionists, ensuring established processes and procedures are followed, supporting scheduling and training, and assisting with payroll facilitation.This role reports directly to Regional Practice Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and support a team of 4-6 Front Desk ReceptionistsMaintain a hands-on patient interface while managing team operationsEnsure front desk staff remain on task and adhere to established proceduresAssist with team scheduling and onboarding/training of new staffCollect employee timesheets and facilitate payroll submission (no payroll processing)Monitor front desk workflow to promote efficiency and quality patient experienceServe as a point of contact for front desk escalations or operational questions Required QualificationsPrevious hands-on medical front desk experience (required)Prior experience leading or supervising front desk or administrative staffStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask while supporting both patients and staffAbility to pass a 10-panel drug test and criminal background check Preferred QualificationsEPIC EMR software experience (HUGE plus)#SN
