IT Support Engineer

Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our technology infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to support both core IT systems and modern Al-driven solutions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and enterprise software to ensure reliable and secure operationsProvide technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure issuesSupport Al-enabled tools, automation initiatives, data analysis workflows, and the integration of Al solutions into business systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective technology solutionsUtilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-makingMonitor system performance, document processes, and recommend improvements or upgradesClearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholdersExperience & Skills RequiredStrong foundation in computer systems, networks, and software support, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure efficientlyHands-on experience working with Al technologies, including Al-enabled tools, automation, data analysis workflows, or Al system integrationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teamsExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsExperience supporting enterprise environments, cloud platforms, or ERP systemsFamiliarity with automation tools or AI-driven business applicationsRelevant IT certifications or technical training
