The projects will be designed to provide a quality learning experience to college students interested in a career in public health, healthcare, or healthcare management.Ability to take direction, understand direction, ask appropriate questions in order to complete tasksAbility to assess needs and requirements to complete tasks and projectsPrioritize work to complete tasks and projects in a timely mannerAbility to work with physicians, principal investigators, coordinators, and support staff in an appropriate mannerMaintain patient confidentiality as directed by the Bassett Healthcare policy and/or research subject confidentiality as directed by Institutional Review Board requirementsPerforms other duties as requested and observed by supervisor or managerWhat we need from youEducation:* Current college student enrolled in a major related to public health or healthcare, or recent graduate with a Healthcare Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in a field related to public health or healthcare, requiredSkills:AccountabilityAdaptabilityComputer SkillsInteracting with PeopleListeningReliabilityPhysical Requirements:Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
