Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating Employment Type: Travel Specialty: Oncology Chemo Certified Location : Columbus, OH 43210 Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) ONS CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 • Weekends - variable based on unit needs • Floating to other Med/Surg and Oncology Units If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department's needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. Special Procedures/Unit Details • Chemotherapy • Blood transfusions • IV Antibiotics • Oncologic emergencies: tumor lysis syndrome, cytokine release syndrome • Insulin drips • Heparin drips • Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls Certifications & License Required • BLS OH RN license or compact license required • ACLS • ONS Skills Required • MS/Tele • Telemetry • Interpretation of dysrhythmias • Telemetry -on the unit monitoring • Use of Rapid Response Teams • Feeding tube care and management IV therapy/Phlebotomy • Blood Product Administration • Central line blood draw • Peripheral Line Care/Management • PICC line management • Starting IVs HonorVet Technologies Job ID 32108340.
