Engineering Technician — 1st ShiftPay: $25–$35/hourJob Type: ContractSchedule: 1st ShiftJob SummaryWe are seeking an Engineering Technician to support the transition of new and modified products and processes into production. This role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop practical manufacturing solutions, support equipment and process validation, and improve production efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience and strong problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesSupport the introduction of new products, equipment, and manufacturing processes into production.Develop and maintain bills of materials, production routings, labor standards, and related ERP documentation.Assist with the design, modeling, drafting, testing, and implementation of fixtures and manufacturing equipment.Perform equipment runoffs and help create troubleshooting and preventive maintenance documentation.Provide hands-on technical support for prototype builds, engineering test builds, and production issues.Develop manufacturing work instructions and train production personnel on new processes.Support design-for-manufacturing reviews and engineering change coordination.Assist with process improvements, machine troubleshooting, and manufacturing engineering activities.Ensure processes meet quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support production timelines and goals.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience working on technical solutions or in a manufacturing engineering environment.Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred.Experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, or technical documentation.Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes and develop practical solutions.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus.Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
