Boston. $200,000 + Discretionary Bonus and Benefits. 5 Days a week in the office.My client is seeking a high-impact Senior AI Enablement Engineer to help lead their engineering team into the next era of productivity. This individual will be instrumental in moving the team beyond simple code-completion to a fully automated, agentic development environment. They will bridge the gap between traditional software craftsmanship and modern AI-accelerated delivery, serving as a coach, mentor, and technical lead.The Role● Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer● Capable of operating both as a senior individual and as an engineering lead of a team of 3-5Location● Somerville, MA● Currently eligible to work a hybrid schedule however, must be willing to work full-time in office if requirements change● Periodic trips to the client's office in Burlington, MA is requiredAI Enablement● Experience with AI-forward SDLC processes● Able and excited to teach best practices to team members● Mentorship & Coaching: Conduct workshops, pair programming sessions, and AI Office Hours to help senior and junior engineers overcome hesitation and build proficiency Experience● 5+ years software development● 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in high-scale production environments.
