Operations Support SummaryReporting to the Line Leader, the Operations Support is responsible for providing hands-on leadership to the line while ensuring a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards set forth by FGF Brands.Primary Responsibilities Leads by example and fosters an environment of mutual respect and teamwork Conduct pre-shift huddles and provides feedback for Team Leads, coaches, mentors and trains Team Responsible for leading production Team Members on the facility floor. Ensures Operations Management System (OMS) procedures are being followed (entering inventory into the operating system) Provides orientation and training as required to ensure an effective and efficient onboarding experience. Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular inspections. Reports any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensures every Team Member on the line receives their entitled break and proper coverage is provided during each Team Member’s shift. Follows all GMP’s and Safety Procedures as outlined by FGF May be asked by a Shift Leader to perform General Labor duties when needed as well as be signed additional duties. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment (food/bakery experience is desirable). Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to understand verbal and written communications in English. Ability to visually inspect product and determine quality. An understanding or wiliness to learn food manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical capable of performing the demands of the job Ability to move from one task to another with minimal supervision. Flexible to work day, afternoon, night & weekends if needed Job Family Production Job Level B-MFG
