Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker / Freight Broker Agent located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role involves developing relationships with shippers and carriers, managing accounts, coordinating freight movement, and overseeing dispatch activities. The individual will negotiate rates, ensure timely shipments, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operationsCustomer Service and Account Management skillsProficiency in Dispatching and coordinating freight shipmentsStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with transportation regulations and compliance standardsProficiency with logistics software and tools is preferredPrior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
