The Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising team develops and executes programs, campaigns, and initiatives that enhance how customers discover, learn about, and engage with products and services.The Customer Insights team is seeking an Analyst to deliver actionable, customer-centric insights. In this role, you will leverage quantitative data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve retail experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Customer Feedback & DataEvaluate quantitative data and open-ended survey feedback from continuous customer experience trackingIdentify trends and insights through data exploration and analysisSynthesize InsightsUtilize internal tools, external platforms, and business context to uncover meaningful patternsCombine multiple data sources to generate actionable recommendationsData StorytellingTransform complex datasets into clear, compelling narrativesDeliver insights that inform leadership and frontline teamsCommunication & PresentationDevelop reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to various audiencesPresent findings and recommendations via meetings, email, and formal presentationsProject ExecutionSupport custom research and analytics projects in a fast-paced environmentManage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needsRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related quantitative fieldStrong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets (Snowflake preferred)Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using TableauStrong understanding of research methods, statistics, and survey data analysisAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsStrong project and time management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting global programs across multiple regions and languagesBackground in technology or market research environmentsFamiliarity with Python or R for statistical analysis or text miningEducationBachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field, or equivalent experienceTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel skills for analysis and data formattingExperience with data visualization and analytics platformsAdditional RequirementsPrior experience in retail environments or customer support operations preferredExperience working with cross-functional, global teamsEqual Opportunity StatementMathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
