Entry Level Accounting Associate Mills Automotive Group is seeking an entry level accounting associate for a full time position for our Jaguar Land Rover and Ford Lincoln locations in Columbia, SC. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. We Offer: Health, dental, medical, vision after 60 days 401K Paid time off Responsibilities: Tag & title assistance Scanning and filing documents Inventory entry Internal deal audits Deal checklist validation Out of state title preparation Lien payoff preparation MSO and title tracking and follow up Used car purchases Support office personnel Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts for wholesales, dealer trades, lien payoffs, etc. Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned Requirements: Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Positive attitude High attention to detail Excellent organization skills Previous dealership experience is a plus Working knowledge of title processes is a plus Notary public is a plus
