Title: .Net DeveloperLocation: Wilmington, DELAWARE"Note: This is W2 Role"Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with React to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications. In this role, you will work across the full stack—building scalable RESTful APIs on the backend using .NET Core and creating responsive, dynamic user interfaces with React on the frontend.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, and React.js.Design, build, and consume secure RESTful APIs and microservices.Build responsive, component-based front-end UIs using React, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript/JavaScript.Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and cross-browser compatibility.Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code using standard design patterns (SOLID principles).Work with relational databases like SQL Server / PostgreSQL (writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and ORM usage with Entity Framework Core).Collaborate with cross-functional teams, UI/UX designers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.Required Qualifications & SkillsBackend: Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core.Frontend: Hands-on experience with React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, State Management (Redux/Zustand), and REST integration.Database: Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS.Tools & Practices: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest).Agile: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and good communication skills.
