Outpatient Therapist - Traveller

High Plains Mental Health Center is currently seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, crisis management, child and family counseling, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Telehealth experience is desirable. This role will be traveling to our Colby Branch Office with a Center provided vehicle and gas card. Responsibilities - Provide outpatient therapy services to clients with diverse needs - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans - Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Requirements - Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field - Licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar license - Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred - Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those in need through compassionate and effective therapy services.
