Job DescriptionJob title: Amarillo Branch ManagerDepartment: AmarilloReports to: Director of Branch OperationsExempt/Nonexempt: ExemptSupervisory Responsibilities: YesEssential FunctionsMust be a self-directed, professional, clean work appearance, organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service. Candidate must be able to work with customers and leave them with a positive image of ACS at the end of each interaction. Ability to check in rental units and determine if they are ready to be rented to another customer. Prepare and complete all rental and return documents accurately and completely. Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner. Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues and be able to recommend solutions. Candidate must have a positive attitude toward their job and the customers we serve. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to follow instructions and complete complicated processes to correct issues. Maintains a safe working environment by being mindful of surroundings and safe operation of equipment. Remain current on product and industry changes through reading and training. Strong service background in the equipment or service industryComputer skills a must. (Excel, word, operating system (PFW)Ability to manage multiple task at one time. Willing to go above and beyond for customers. Be a team playerMentor other employee in operations and growthBe mechanically minded. Ability to Travel to Train as needed. List should format the interview questions and candidate qualifications. Required Skills and Abilities (Duties include but are not limited to)Strong phone communication skills and basic computer skills. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Should be able to operate a forklift. Effectively communicate with customers, peers and management;Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures;Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and solve problems, including engines, electrical systems and generators. These failures will include mechanical and electrical issues. Ability to work with customers to determine what issues they have and what ACS can do to help correct any issues. Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED certificate. 2 years minimum experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment. Military experience and training with honorable discharge a plus. Proven experience of customer service and customer relations.
