E-Commerce Customer Support

POSITION: E-Commerce Customer Support BASIC FUNCTION: We are looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team. Your most important job function will be to positively impact our guests and their experience both online and in our retail store. This position will reside in our retail store.Hours will vary from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Ability to problem solve to positively impact the guest experience and resolve any guest concerns.Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situationsProcess customer in-store pick-ups and returns.Pick in store jewelry items for online orders.Must be able to work independentlyOther duties as assigned by managementAssisting in other areas of e-commerce including but not limited to Listing, Photography, Shipping.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Be able to stand or sit for extended lengths of timeMust be able to work on computer for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift light to heavily weighted items regularlySKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS: Good team playerExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDecision-making ability and a sense of responsibilityAble to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasksProficient Microsoft office computer skills, including Word, Excel and OutlookMust be dependable and have a good attendance recordEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED requiredComputer and typing skills necessaryComputer classes and/or knowledge neededSCHEDULED HOURS: 35-40-hour week, mandatory overtime as neededREPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports directly to E-Commerce Operations Manager
