This one is for you.Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO, Prestigious Global Event Organization, Bi-Lingual, Miami, FloridaWe are recruiting on behalf of the CEO of a very prestigious global event planning organization that brings together prominent world leaders for a yearly summit, The candidate MUST be bi-lingual, English/Spanish and based on Miami, Florida where they are opening a new office.in the Brickell area.This role is ideal for someone who can represent the CEO with high profile stakeholders and has exceptional project management skills and business acumen. You will be the operational backbone for the CEO, a Chief of Staff type position who acts as a true "right hand" partner that is strategic and can drive and execute projectsWhat You'll Be DoingManaging the CEO's complex calendar, personal and professional including scheduling internal meetings, and high-profile meetings with prominent world figures Understand competing prioritiesServe as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison handling sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism; represent the CEO as a true "right hand" partnerPrioritize emails and texts and craft responses on his behalfDraft, edit and manage CEO's correspondence, and reportsHelp execute strategy on the CEO's behalf; act as the operational hub for the organization looking to maximize efficiencies using technology AIHelp drive strategy with exceptional project management skills and event planning experience.Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end itinerary managementAttend meetings with prominent stakeholders; take notes, and handle action itemsAnticipating needs, solving problems before they elevate, and keeping projects on trackHave the business acumen to drive business strategy and execute plans on behalf of the CEO, a true force multiplier.Base Salary Plus Discretionary Bonus, 100% Health Care Covered by EmployerWhat You Bring5+ years of executive assistant experience , ideally supporting a senior executive at a global type firm that is agile and fast-paced; Bi-lingual English Spanish requiredBachelor's degree, degree in Business Administration or an MBA highly desiredProven experience coordinating meetings, events, dinners with a "high touch" service mentalityThe kind of personality that earns trust fast — assertive, confident, and not afraid to speak up or push back when the situation calls for itA roll-up-your-sleeves attitude — you don't watch from the sidelines; you get in and figure it outHigh energy and the ability to stay calm, focused, and effective when the pressure is onAdvanced proficiency in Google Suite; strong project management skills, Asana, Slack and AI toolsExceptional attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through with a "high touch" service mentalityWho Thrives HereThis role is not for everyone — and that's by design.
