Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior First Assistant Manager located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Senior First Assistant Manager will support the management team in daily operations, including leading the sales efforts, driving customer engagement, managing inventory, and ensuring visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities also include coaching and developing the store team, handling operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires assisting with scheduling, delegation of tasks, and providing solutions to enhance the store's overall performance.
