Role – GenAI Technical Consulting/CoachingLocation – Dallas TX onsiteDuration: 6 monthsJob Description:GenAI Technical Consulting/Coaching:Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions for developers (on-demand model).Lead short-term application ramp-ups (2–3-week engagements) for specific scrum or application teams.Evaluate developer usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement in AI-assisted workflows.Teach best practices for AI primitives:o Prompt engineeringo Copilot usage and optimizationo Context and repository managemento Debugging incorrect/failed agent behavioro Managing or extending custom agentsParticipate in community events, office hours, and expert appointments hosted by Level Up.Provide feedback to the Level Up team on common challenges, adoption patterns, and areas requiring refined guidance.Operate within a follow-the-sun support model across U.S. and Israel teams.
