You will be working in a fast-paced environment developing next generation RADAR systems. The Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for the development of data analyses to report metrics to stakeholders as well as the execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure effective and efficient quality processes in MRB and efficient closure of Nonconformance Records (NCRs). This position reports to the Director of QA and Regulatory Compliance.This role is on-site in Kirkland, WA and Woodinville, WA. RESPONSIBILITIESCollect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data (e.g., nonconformances, corrective actions, audit results, scrap/rework, supplier quality)Proficient with developing metrics using data analysis toolsProvide data support for management reviews and customer reporting.Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor QMS performanceIdentify trends, patterns, and root causes to support data-driven decision-makingEvaluate, assign investigate and push resolution of nonconformances and maintain appropriate QMS records as neededEnsure data integrity and traceability in compliance with AS9100 requirementsAct as the primary coordinator of Nonconformance Records (NCRs): monitor, document, and drive timely closureEnsures proper material identification, segregation, and storage of inventory materialWorks closely with members of Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering, and Quality to ensure good communication and coordination of activitiesMaintain acceptable levels of nonconforming material in Material Review Board (MRB) and drive the disposition of this materialTrack effectiveness of improvement initiatives and report outcomesMaintain documentation and records aligned with QMS proceduresPartner with Quality Engineers and stakeholders to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Active participant in continuous Improvement and Lean projectsMaintains current education in the field with internal and external education and trainingAssists with Quality System AuditsPerforms other related duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in a Data Analyst role or equivalent educationAbility to develop reports using PowerBI, Excel, MiniTab, etcA minimum of 2 years of recent prior experience in a high-tech environmentProficient knowledge of MSD Office; Word and ExcelExperience working within a Quality Management System environmentGood interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groupsExperience with ERP, MES and PLM systemsAbility to work with minor guidance and under pressureDemonstrated ability to drive and deliver innovative, effective and timely solutionsGood communication skills, both written and oralAble to collect, analyze and report dataSelf-Driven and able to work with limited supervisionDesired Skills / Experience(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)Development of Supplier ScorecardingProactive, professional, self-starter and able to work well in teams of various cultures and backgroundsASQ Certified Quality TechnicianSix Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)Lean Manufacturing: Kaizen and efficient problem solving experienceEchodyne's technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant's eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.  Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.WHAT WE OFFERThis is a non-exempt role.The hourly rate for this role is$28.82—$43.38 USDIf your skills generally align but not perfectly, please apply anyway.
