We started operations in August 2013, founded by an Amazon logistics veteran with 10 years of experience in various executive and operating roles.Our clients, including many well-known fashion and home goods brands, are growing rapidly.We are expanding quickly and we are looking for talented individuals to help us grow and expand our services.About The RoleA Fulfillment Specialist performs various tasks in the warehouse including, but not limited to: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put away, cycle counting, loading and unloading trailers, making boxes, palletizing product, and labeling items. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for maintaining accuracy, quality, and meeting or exceeding productivity goals while performing these tasks.ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):Adhere to all safety rules and policies and report all unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents to a supervisor.Maintain quality standards as required by the management team.Meet productivity requirements as required.Ability to operate manual material handling equipment such as carts and hand jacks.Ability to work overtime as needed.Maintain an exceptionally clean and safe working environment.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsContinuous walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and handling in a warehouse environment, including regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.Ability to walk an average of 10 miles daily.Lifting of up to 50 lbs.Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending stairs and ladders safely and without limitation).Ability to select orders and replenish stock.Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to customer orders, bills of lading, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and customer labels.Ability to work in a distribution environment that may be noisy, unheated, not air-conditioned.Comfortable using computerized inventory controls systems.Communicates with supervisors and other Fulfillment Specialists.
