Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The schedule for this position is ever changing. Flexibility to change days and hours regularly is a big part of this role.Work Schedule: Varies shifts, including nights and weekends, at the discretion of our clients.The Specialty Services Crew position will require traveling with our crew members to various sites that Elite manages in the following areas: Delaware, Maryland and surrounding areasResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Window CleaningPower WashingConstruction Site CleaningCommercial Building/Office CleaningFloor Care (Stripping, Waxing, Buffing, Carpet Cleaning including spot cleaning, etc.)Curtain Change Outs and/or WashingCompensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience Role Requirements:2 Years experience - Preferred but not requiredValid Driver's LicenseMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust have reliable transportation Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every dayBend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of timeClimb stairs and laddersSkills: The required skills for this position, such as janitorial duties and floor care, are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Daily tasks will involve using various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable. Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery, ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.
