Branch Manager

Job Description Position OverviewStandard Home Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Carol Stream branch. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including staff leadership, client care delivery, financial management, regulatory compliance, and business development. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and experienced in home care operations, with a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff ManagementHire, Onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate caregivers and office staffProvide ongoing coaching, performance management, and corrective action when necessaryFoster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team cultureClient CareOversee client intake, assessments, and development of individualized care plansEnsure high standards of care delivery and client satisfactionAddress and resolve client or family concerns in a timely and professional mannerFinancial ManagementManage branch budget, including payroll, billing, and operating expensesMonitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as neededEnsure accurate billing and payroll processingComplianceEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal home care regulationsMaintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirementsProvide training and guidance to staff on compliance standards and best practicesBusiness DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizationsSupport branch growth through community outreach and partnership developmentOperations ManagementOversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, staffing coverage, and workflow efficiencyAddress operational challenges proactively to ensure continuity of careReportingPrepare and present regular reports on branch performance, staffing, compliance, and growth opportunities to senior leadershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field (required)3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in home care, healthcare, or a related industryMinimum of 3 years of experience supervising staff (required)Minimum of 3 years of CCP or comparable client care program experience (required)Strong knowledge of home care regulations and operational complianceProven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational performanceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management softwareValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCPR and First Aid certification (preferred)Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentKey Skills & CompetenciesLeadership and team managementClient care coordination and needs assessmentFinancial management and budgetingStrong organizational and time-management skillsConflict resolution and decision-makingAdaptability in a dynamic care environmentAbout UsStandard Home Care, Inc. is a trusted provider of high-quality in-home care services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require personalized care in their homes.
