Personal Care Aide (PCA / CNA / Caregiver)

Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Caregivers Strategic Staffing Experts is recruiting compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Caregivers to support seniors in Winchester and Front Royal, VA. This is a meaningful role providing one-on-one in-home care that helps older adults live safely, comfortably, and independently. You will be placed with a respected home-care agency that values professionalism, empathy, and high-quality care. Requirements As a PCA / CNA / Caregiver, you will support seniors with: Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Mobility and ambulation assistance Companionship and conversation Medication reminders Meal preparation and light housekeeping Transportation to appointments or errands Maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful home environment We welcome both new and experienced caregivers. Applicants with PCA, CNA, HHA, or home-care experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
