Qualifications What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferredPrevious experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, substance use treatment, or healthcare preferredCPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)Handle With Care - Safe Physical Management certification required (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
