Job Description Job Overview:Chosen Barbers is looking to add a few motivated and talented licensed barbers to our team. We currently have 2 chairs available for rent and are looking for barbers who are ready to grow their business in a supportive, high-energy shop.Schedule:Full-time preferred (5 days per week)Shop is open 7 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMFlexible scheduling within operating hoursWhat You'll Do:Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, and grooming servicesDeliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationshipsMaintain a clean and professional workstationPromote your services and grow your personal client baseWhat We're Looking For:Valid barber license (required)Must be insuredExperience preferred, but not requiredExisting clientele is a plus, or strong motivation to build oneReliable transportationProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedCompensation & Structure:Booth rental: $150/weekKeep 100% of your service earningsEarn commission on retail products sold to clientsWhat We Offer:High-traffic shop with growth potentialFlexible scheduleSupportive team environmentGreat opportunity for both experienced barbers and new graduates
