This field-based role is responsible for delivering operational and curriculum training to center leadership and staff while reinforcing brand standards, program quality, and operational excellence.The Field Trainer partners closely with operations leaders and center teams to ensure consistent training delivery, strong classroom execution, and adherence to The Learning Experience standards. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new centers, supporting existing locations, and helping teams build the skills needed to provide high-quality early childhood education.The ideal candidate has strong early childhood education experience, enjoys coaching teams, and thrives in a field-based environment that combines training, relationship building, and operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery and Staff DevelopmentDeliver in-person training for center leadership and classroom staff across multiple childcare locationsFacilitate onboarding and training programs for new centers and new employeesReinforce curriculum implementation, classroom best practices, and operational proceduresProvide coaching and feedback to teachers and center leaders to support skill developmentOperational and Curriculum SupportEnsure training aligns with The Learning Experience curriculum standards and operational expectationsSupport centers in implementing training programs that improve classroom quality and consistencyAssist leadership teams with staff development plans and performance improvementNew Center Openings and Program RolloutsSupport training and onboarding efforts during new center openingsAssist with rollout of new initiatives, systems, and operational updatesPartner with internal teams to ensure centers are prepared for successful program implementationRelationship Building and CommunicationBuild strong relationships with center directors, teachers, and regional leadership teamsProvide clear communication and follow-up to ensure training goals are achievedIdentify training needs and escalate operational concerns when appropriateQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredMinimum of 3–5 years experience in early childhood education, training, or center leadershipStrong knowledge of classroom management, curriculum implementation, and childcare licensing environmentsExperience delivering training, coaching staff, or supporting professional development programsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training schedulesAbility to travel frequently to childcare centers within the assigned regionValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWhy Join The Learning ExperienceOpportunity to directly impact classroom quality and teacher developmentWork with a growing national organization committed to early childhood education excellenceCollaborative environment with strong leadership and support teamsHigh-impact role supporting multiple childcare centers across the regionCompensation: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
