Our venues are immersive spaces where vibrant cuisine meets energetic beats, offering guests a unique and engaging dining experience.We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Bar Manager to lead and inspire our talented bar team and oversee all bar operations across the venue.As Bar Manager, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role, driving service standards, developing the team, and ensuring smooth, high-volume service, especially during peak late-night hours.Our venue closes at 1am Fridays and Saturdays, so comfortability with late nights is a must.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day running of our high-volume bar, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink servedRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing bartender teamDeliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, late-night environmentCreate and maintain a strong bar culture that focuses on knowledge, service, and team engagementWork closely with senior management and the floor team to ensure seamless serviceEnsure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulationsManage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationshipsKeep the bar menus innovative, seasonal, and exciting, with a strong focus on cocktails and wineBe a visible leader on the floor, especially during peak trading hours and late-night shiftsRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar high-volume, premium bar or hospitality settingExceptional cocktail and wine knowledge, with a passion for product innovationStrong leadership skills and proven experience in hiring and training bar teamsComfortable and confident working late nightsHands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front and energise your teamBenefits:• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Eligible after 90 days of employment.• 401(k) Plan – Eligible after 90 days of with 50% match on contributions over 6%, with 1-year vesting.• Commuter Benefits – Available immediately for pre-tax transportation savings.• Paid Time Off (PTO) – Accrues at 5.80% of hours worked, up to 120 hours annually with a 184-hour rollover cap.• Cell Phone Allowance – $30 per paycheck.• Monthly Parking – Paid by the company, effective the first day of the month following your start date.
