Vice President of Client Implementation

Vice President of Client Implementation will oversee client onboarding, integration, and stabilization initiatives in a full-time, exempt role, ensuring operational readiness and client success throughout the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute client implementation and integration strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead operational integration efforts for newly acquired clients and service lines Serve as executive sponsor for high-profile client implementations and manage escalated issuesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or client implementation At least 7 years in senior leadership or executive roles overseeing large-scale implementations Experience in PE-backed healthcare services or high-growth environments preferred Proven track record in leading hospital system implementations and operational integrations
