We are looking for a Local Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the Semiconductor and MEMS testing business landscape to drive sales and expand our presence across the region.🔧 What You Will DoManage an assigned portfolio of Customers, maintaining long-term partnerships post-sale to ensure customer satisfactionIdentify and penetrate new opportunities within the assigned territoryManage a complex pipeline using a "Value-Based" selling approachCreate, consolidate, and nurture relationships across different levels in the industryWork closely with the Local Sales Team and the Headquarters in Italy to ensure a unified market approach and align on global strategyCollaborate with Application Engineers and the Design group to customize solutions for specific client workflowsManage the full process, from the initial inquiry and tailor-made solution design to final deliveryEnsure top-tier customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor throughout the post-sales phase💡 Who We Are Looking ForYou have a solid background in Capital Equipment (specifically electronics and mechanical components) and understand the Semiconductor and MEMS business landscapeYou possess a flexible approach that allows you to collaborate effectively with engineering and technical teamsYou are a self-starter who takes full ownership and responsibility for driving projects to successful completionYou are willing and available to travel for customer meetings and trade shows within the USA Travelling overseas might be required sporadicallyIf you want to join a technical, innovative, and growing environment, submit your application and start your journey with us.
