Overview As Battery Lab Engineer, you own the lab test infrastructure for battery pack and PCBA testing, enabling safe, repeatable, high-quality hardware validation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate test needs into reliable test setups and help scale laboratory capabilities. The role combines hands-on wiring, instrumentation, and test execution to support development, qualification, and production. You will directly impact battery reliability and safety in a high-reliability aerospace environment.
