Sr. Cost Analysis ManagerSalary target: $125-150kLocation: Port Washington, WI (Fully Onsite)Full-TimeOverview:The Sr. Cost Analysis Manager will oversee project cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets. This role partners closely with project managers, engineering, procurement and accounting to analyze financial performance, identify risks and drive cost control improvements.Key Responsibilities:Project Budgeting & PlanningDevelop detailed project budgets and cost estimatesReview contracts and validate financial assumptionsEstablish cost control baselinesCost Monitoring & ControlTrack project expenditures against budgetsAnalyze cost variances and identify root causesMonitor commitments, accruals and change ordersForecasting & AnalysisPrepare monthly percentage of completion entriesPerform scenario modeling and risk analysisDeliver trend analysis and performance metricsReporting & CollaborationPrepare financial reports for leadershipPresent cost performance data in review meetingsSupport auditsCollaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering and operationsProcess ImprovementEnsure compliance with financial policies and contract termsImprove cost control systems and reporting processesSupport ERP and project management system optimizationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field5–10+ years of project cost control or financial analysis experienceStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and inventory costingPercentage of Completion accounting requiredAdvanced Excel requiredERP experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, Macola)PowerBI or reporting tool exposure preferredStrong analytical and communication skills
