About Us Sergeant Moving & Storage is a professional moving company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Florida. We take pride in providing reliable, efficient, and customer-focused moving services. We're looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our team as a Mover/Driver. Position Overview As a Mover/Driver, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading customers' belongings while delivering excellent customer service. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Load and unload household and commercial items safely and efficiently Wrap, pack, and protect furniture and valuables during transport Operate company moving trucks in a safe and professional manner Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety procedures and moving protocols Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required) Previous moving experience recquired Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly (50-100+ lbs with team assistance) Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours What We Offer Competitive pay Frequent tips Paid training Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Steady, year-round work We're looking for a team player who takes pride in doing quality work and helping customers through one of life's biggest transitions.
