We’re hiring!Position: JOC Communications TechnicianLocation: Colorado Springs, COCategory: Information TechnologyType: Shift WorkClearance Required: Top Secret (SCI eligible)Travel: Up to 25%We are seeking a JOC Communications Technician to support the NORAD/USNORTHCOM IT Enterprise Services (NITES) program. This role helps ensure mission-critical systems remain available for North American aerospace warning, aerospace control, and maritime warning operations.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.Diagnose and analyze problems, maintain records, and escalate recurring issues as needed.Support internal and external customers with technical guidance.Minimum Requirements:AA degree + 3 years experience or High School diploma + 5 years experience with relevant certification.DoD 8140 IAT II compliance (e.g., Security+ CE).U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.Preferred Experience:Familiarity with DoD cryptographic equipment and secure communications.Troubleshooting expertise in Solaris, Unix, and/or Linux environments.Department of Defense messaging systems.Working in high-visibility, mission-focused environments.Please send me your updated resume at anubhav@redbeardsol.com
